Each Experience is designed as a real experience inside carefully chosen locations, where atmosphere, light, and story come together. You don’t just leave with content. You leave with clarity, direction, and a stronger sense of your own visual identity.
The Tailors was built on a simple observation: Most photographers are not limited by creativity. They are limited by a lack of technical control and clear direction.
Strong brands are not built by chance. They are built when you understand exactly what you’re doing — with your camera, your light, and your decisions.
Behind every experience is a team that knows both sides of the industry. We understand the creative process, but also the gap many photographers never close: turning technical skill into consistent, recognizable work.
That is why every experience is structured with intention. Not to overload you, but to close the gaps that keep your work interchangeable — and give you the control you need to create with precision.
Designed with intention and attention to detail, the styled shoots feature statement floral installations, carefully selected high-end brands, and professional wedding models. Participants work in two small groups, rotating through each setup to enjoy a relaxed, intimate shooting environment with plenty of one-on-one support.
Whether you shoot film or digital, this experience is designed for photographers who want to expand their creative and technical skills.
Your ticket is paid as a one-time payment during the checkout process in our ticketing system. We accept Apple Pay, American Express, PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa. Please note that installment payments and „Buy Now, Pay Later“ options are not available.
What’s included depends on the specific experience. Please refer to the individual event page for detailed information about accommodations, meals, transportation, and other inclusions.
Once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, all payments are non-refundable. Due to the limited number of spaces available and the extensive planning involved in each experience, we are unable to offer refunds in the event of cancellation.
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant at no additional cost. The replacement participant must meet any applicable workshop requirements, and we must be notified well in advance so that all arrangements can be updated accordingly.
Subject to availability, we may also offer the option to transfer your booking to another workshop or retreat experience. Requests for transfers must be made with sufficient notice prior to the event and cannot be guaranteed. Any difference in pricing between experiences may be subject to additional charges.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending.
Absolutely! We are always delighted to welcome accompanying guests and understand that many participants enjoy sharing their travel experience with a partner, friend, or family member.
Of course, you are very welcome to bring a plus one; however, please note that accompanying guests are not able to participate in the Experience itself.
As each workshop and retreat is unique, guest availability depends on the specific venue, accommodation arrangements, and overall group size. For this reason, we kindly ask that all requests for accompanying guests are discussed with us in advance so we can explore the available options together.
Please note that additional costs for accommodation, meals, and special events—such as welcome gatherings, farewell dinners, or other planned experiences—will apply for accompanying guests. We will be happy to provide details based on the experience you are interested in.
